Communication was clear -and it was easy to schedule the pick up time and drop off. Zena was punctual, attentive, and provided excellent customer service. She was very comfortable interacting with us, and she has a friendly and pleasant personality. Zena is knowledgeable about the island, and shared some information on the short drive from the airport to our resort. Her vehicle is well kept, and comfortable, and Zena even helped provide information about simplifying the customs process.

We just returned from our trip to Bahamar in Nassau and Zena was amazing to work with!! She was highly professional, very communicative, and provided helpful travel tips coming in/out of NAS airport. She provided booster seats and our kids loved her! She was so flexible as well when we had some last minute unexpected flight cancellations and rebookings, she went out of her way to still make herself available for rides the next day. She was also so helpful with an additional ride to/from an excursion off site. All in all we couldn’t be happier with her service! 10/10 recommend and we will definitely use her company again in the future.

We just returned from Nassau, Bahamas, and we highly recommend Zena’s Taxi & Tours. Zena was incredibly professional and communicated with us promptly. She went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs, including airport service and transportation to the Paradise Island Terminal Ferry. The cost was very reasonable, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free. We will definitely be using Zena’s services again on our next trip to Nassau!
